Our policy lasts 14 days. If 15+ days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- Wrong size watch. There are only two sizes. Please select carefully.
- You do not use the above "return link" to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to sending your product back.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original packaging and/or tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
Easily return damaged items:
Our Items are individually hand made and prepared on each order. However, if the item is damaged on arrival (during shipment) you may issue a return.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable); such as, if the item is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is nonrefundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request at https://Quickdiscover.myreturnscenter.com. Once approved you will receive a return address.
Payment of refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Expect regular processing time for money transfers.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
